Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrive punctually at job sites as scheduled.
  • Maintain and operate the company vehicle, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Adhere to supervisor instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Exhibit professionalism in appearance and demeanor.
  • Conduct all approved building performance assessments.
  • Inform customers about additional products and services offered.
  • Provide customers with a completed checklist and invoice upon service completion.
  • Ensure a tidy work environment at all job sites.
  • Be available to work some Saturdays during peak seasons.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Technical Responsibilities:
  • Execute building performance evaluations on various residential and small commercial properties independently.
  • Interpret duct designs and assess air flow between rooms.
  • Install ductwork accurately.
  • Master the technique of blowing insulation to the correct specifications.
  • Learn proper weather stripping methods for exterior doors.
  • Service tools and testing equipment as required.
  • Address any on-site changes during installations.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Show willingness to invest in tools essential for HVAC performance.
  • Demonstrate commitment to ongoing training in building performance.
  • Ability to work from extension and step ladders.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills and clear communication abilities.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening.
