Position Overview
  • The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, adhering to both company and manufacturer specifications for Residential New Construction or Retail Teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the installation of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Conduct system tests to ensure proper operation.
  • Identify and rectify any issues that arise.
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
  • Initiate air conditioning systems when required.
  • Fabricate and install ducts and fittings as necessary.
  • Follow all safety protocols diligently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in HVAC installation is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret installation plans effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends is expected.
Preferred Skills
  • Certification from an HVAC trade school.
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or HVAC.
  • EPA Certification is a plus.

  • Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Perform tasks that require bending, climbing, crawling, and kneeling.
  • Work at heights while adhering to safety measures.
  • Wear required PPE consistently.
  • Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to hear and see clearly is essential.
  • Utilize hands and arms for handling objects effectively.
