We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Administrator I to join our team at the State of Alaska. As an Infrastructure Administrator I, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying the corporation's enterprise computing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and troubleshoot the corporation's enterprise computing infrastructure, including server, network, and storage systems.
- Work directly with users, customers, and vendors to support the corporation's major software applications.
- Assist more senior Infrastructure Administrators with maintaining all documentation and diagrams for compute, storage, and network tiers in the AHFC environment.
- Develop and maintain a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused approach when interacting with AHFC's business partners, clients, and customers.
- High school diploma required.
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field.
- At least one year of full-time work experience consistent with the KSAs of this job description within the last two years.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field.
- At least four years of full-time work experience consistent with the KSAs of this job description within the last six years.
