Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the corporation's enterprise computing infrastructure, including server, network, and storage systems.
  • Work directly with users, customers, and vendors to support the corporation's major software applications.
  • Assist more senior Infrastructure Administrators with maintaining all documentation and diagrams for compute, storage, and network tiers in the AHFC environment.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused approach when interacting with AHFC's business partners, clients, and customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field.
  • At least one year of full-time work experience consistent with the KSAs of this job description within the last two years.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field.
  • At least four years of full-time work experience consistent with the KSAs of this job description within the last six years.
