Role Overview: In the capacity of an outsourced Human Resources Business Partner at Topaz HR Advisory, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with HR-DOL regulations while aligning them with organizational policies. Your role will involve drafting critical HR documentation and delivering strategic counsel to clients. You will oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, develop thorough onboarding strategies, and provide essential insights into compliance and the employee lifecycle. This position is tailored for seasoned HR Business Partners or HR Directors.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular evaluations to ensure alignment of HR regulations with existing company policies and training programs.
- Offer expert advice on HR policies, labor regulations, and compliance issues, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and best practices.
- Support clients with best practices in recruitment, compensation strategies, organizational culture, performance management, terminations, benefits administration, disciplinary actions, and leave management.
- Oversee and facilitate the recruitment and onboarding processes for client personnel.
- Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend organizational objectives and challenges, providing strategic HR insights and guidance.
- Design and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, focusing on effective talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Work with client teams to create and deliver comprehensive HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and experience.
- Engage with client leadership to foster improved workplace relationships, boost morale, and enhance employee commitment, engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Conduct workforce planning and talent management initiatives, identify skill gaps, and formulate succession plans to facilitate organizational growth.
- Act as a catalyst for change, driving organizational transformations and effectively managing change initiatives to enhance employee productivity and acceptance.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to derive insights, providing data-driven recommendations to refine HR processes and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and engage in employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and mediation, to promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Collaborate with client teams to support employee training and development programs, fostering continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- Draft a variety of HR documents tailored to client needs, including job descriptions and offer letters.

Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 per year (based on experience)
Travel Requirements: 50% (within the metro area)
