Position Overview:
Deliver prompt service while meticulously documenting all activities within the inventory management system. Ensure that storage areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner. Support the processes of receiving, handling, storing, and shipping aircraft components, materials, equipment, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately issue tools and supplies while maintaining strict control over company-owned equipment. Duties may include calibration checks, tool distribution, processing returns, and locating tools at the end of shifts.
  • Provide excellent service to maintenance technicians by issuing materials and managing returns efficiently.
  • Address issues as they arise, ensuring accurate billing of inventory materials to respective jobs and logging tool usage.
  • Communicate effectively with the Parts Manager and relevant Leads regarding inventory levels, supply shortages, or specific requests from maintenance technicians.
  • Assist in receiving, signing for, processing, and safely managing aircraft maintenance-related parts, materials, equipment, and tools. Aid in packaging items for shipment.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the Parts Manager, such as assembling parts for heavy maintenance, conducting physical inventory counts, and reorganizing inventory.
  • Operate company vehicles for local supply trips as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in English reading, writing, and comprehension.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
