Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of products and packages, meeting targeted Service Level Agreements with customers and company standards.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting department to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Implement and maintain 5S practices within the warehouse and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Develop and analyze reports to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies and measure their impact on financial and operational performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a distribution environment, with direct oversight of inventory management, fulfillment, receiving, and transportation operations.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 10 people and implementing LEAN/Six Sigma projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with analytical reporting tools.
