We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Care Manager to join our pharmacy team as a Staff Pharmacist. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members to deliver exceptional patient care and advocacy services.

Job Summary:

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you'll be responsible for managing patient care and advocating for their needs, while working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of care. About You:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical principles and practices, as well as the ability to provide clear and concise information to patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient care and advocate for patient needs.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in pharmacy practice and adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license by job entry date.
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $98,000 - $172,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.
