About the Role:

ChenMed is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Operations Manager to lead our clinical teams in delivering exceptional patient care. This is a key leadership position that requires strong clinical knowledge, business acumen, and management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Clinical Teams: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our clinical teams, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services.
  • Clinical Strategy: Collaborate with Director, Center/Exec Director, Center/COM to design and implement business strategies that drive organizational growth and objectives.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other governing agencies, enforcing clinical and quality standards of ChenMed.
  • Performance Management: Manage the performance of center employees, including Care Promoters, Pharmacy/Medication Techs, and X-ray Techs, through coaching, training, and development.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to provide insights that lead to process and performance improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; BA/BS degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or similarly regulated healthcare environment required; 2 years management experience with direct reports strongly preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Active and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in current state of employment required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross required within first 90 days of employment.
