Job DescriptionWe are seeking an ambitious, operationally focused, and results-driven leader to oversee the clinical, regulatory, and operational functions of our outpatient facility. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes, and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- An Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required, with a Bachelor degree preferred.
- Twelve (12) months of experience in nursing, including six (6) months of experience in nursing care with a patient with permanent kidney failure or undergoing transplant.
- At least three (3) years of experience in both clinical and management of an ESRD facility, preferably.
- Current CPR/BLS certification and meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
