Job Summary

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will serve as the primary strategic business leader of our property, driving all aspects of operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maximize revenue, and exceed brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market share.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting employee engagement and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage sales and marketing initiatives, drive revenue growth, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance data to inform strategic decisions, identify areas for improvement, and drive business results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and local community leaders to promote the property's brand and reputation.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing market share.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a culture of excellence and promote employee engagement and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and local community leaders.
What We Offer
