This position operates during the first shift, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Care for various plants and crops
  • Engage with agronomic plants
  • Handle pesticides and manage arthropod populations
  • Monitor for pests, beneficial organisms, and overall plant health
  • Water and fertilize crops as needed
  • Prepare, clean, and calibrate fertilizer application equipment


Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
  • Availability for rotational weekend shifts
