Job Title: Sales Director

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and a strong understanding of the manufacturing and industrial distribution industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage a team of Account Managers to achieve sales objectives and quotas
* Develop and implement sales programs to increase employee performance and drive revenue growth
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
* Analyze sales data and industry trends to inform sales strategies
* Provide coaching and training to sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to communicate goals and goal setting
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in related field preferred
* 10 years' experience in sales management, with 5 years' experience in a similar role

**Work Environment:**

* Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms
* Employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds
* Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision
