Position Overview:
Are you enthusiastic about the media and entertainment sector? Are you prepared to transition into corporate strategy following a successful career in consulting? Autodesk Entertainment & Media Solutions is seeking a Lead Business Strategy Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management consulting along with experience in the media entertainment field. You will spearhead numerous strategic initiatives and growth plans for Autodesk's media entertainment division, leveraging your industry knowledge to influence critical decisions. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities while ensuring impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
As a vital contributor to Autodesk's Media & Entertainment division, you will:
1. Provide insights to shape the strategic planning framework for the Media & Entertainment division.
2. Collaborate with the industry strategy team to analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements to pinpoint growth opportunities.
3. Work alongside Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to devise and execute growth strategies, including effective go-to-market approaches for new offerings.
4. Conduct market research and evaluate data and customer feedback to guide product development and marketing tactics.
5. Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including executives, clients, partners, and industry organizations.
6. Utilize your consulting expertise to identify strategic opportunities, enhance operational efficiencies, and implement best practices.
7. Lead initiatives for new products and services, encompassing business model development, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
8. Establish and track metrics to assess the success of growth initiatives.
9. Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2. Over 10 years of professional experience in roles such as investment banking, management consulting, or strategy and operations within a gaming or technology firm, with at least 5 years in the media and entertainment sector.
3. Proficiency in Excel and adept at storytelling through PowerPoint presentations based on analytical insights.
4. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
