Nuestra firma de bienes raíces en Braintree está en búsqueda de un Contador de Propiedades experimentado para unirse a su equipo, reportando al Controlador.

Este rol supervisará toda la contabilidad y los informes financieros de un portafolio de 10 a 15 propiedades, brindando una excelente oportunidad para gestionar su propio libro de negocios. Se espera que esta posición requiera más de 40 horas a la semana durante la temporada de impuestos y auditorías, lo que permitirá disfrutar de los viernes libres.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario o de asociado en Contabilidad/Finanzas o un campo relacionado es necesario.
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en contabilidad completa en el sector de Propiedades o Bienes Raíces es imprescindible.
  • Experiencia en Libro Mayor, Conciliaciones de Cuentas, Acumulaciones y Cuentas por Pagar de alto volumen es requerida.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de un portafolio de más de 10 propiedades.
  • Conocimientos en Yardi y Excel avanzado son necesarios.
  • Experiencia en auditoría y preparación de impuestos es esencial.

Responsabilidades:

  • Registrar datos financieros mensuales, incluyendo rentas, pérdidas/ganancias y vacantes.
  • Realizar conciliaciones de cuentas mensuales y actualizar cronogramas analíticos de manera oportuna.
  • Asegurar pagos puntuales de hipotecas e impuestos sobre bienes raíces.
  • Crear y mantener cuentas por pagar y asientos contables para cada propiedad.
  • Analizar y registrar gastos acumulados mensuales cuando sea necesario.
  • Revisar y analizar la actividad del libro mayor mensual, resolviendo discrepancias según sea necesario.
  • Preparar y presentar paquetes de informes periódicos a prestamistas e inversores.
  • Preparar papeles de trabajo para auditorías de fin de año y gestionar el proceso de auditoría para el portafolio.
  • Apoyar a la gestión de propiedades en la preparación del presupuesto anual para gastos no operativos.
