Job Title: Oncology Pharmacist Clinical

Job Summary:

The Oncology Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of oncology pharmacy services in various centers. This individual will provide direction and supervision to oncology pharmacy technicians, participate in direct patient care activities, and coordinate services with other healthcare team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients with cancer and hematological disorders
  • Supervise and train oncology pharmacy technicians
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • Pharm.D degree
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Colorado
  • One year experience as a clinical pharmacist or equivalent education
  • Chemotherapy/Hazardous product compounding and USP 797 compliance
  • Clinical knowledge of oncology and specialty pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency with experience in Oncology and/or Critical Care
  • Board Certification preferred (BCOPS)

Pay Range: $60.60 - $94.20 / hour
