About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications within our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret provider orders and prescriptions, compounding and dispensing medications within regulatory guidelines and professional standards.
  • Consult with patients and others as required regarding the use of medications and potential drug interactions.
  • Provide drug information to patients, healthcare workers, and others as necessary.
  • Provide oversight and supervision of pharmacy technicians and other supporting staff, directing workflow and ensuring completion of duties.
  • Demonstrate clinical expertise in the area of practice.
Requirements
  • 1 year of hospital experience strongly preferred.
  • PGY-1 or BCPS preferred.
  • May be required to be on-call in certain situations.
  • Bachelor's Science or Pharm D required.
  • Active Pharmacist license in the state of practice required.
  • ACLS preferred.
