Medical Assistant or LPN

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant or LPN to join our team at Mankato Clinic. As a patient care specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clinics provide compassionate and high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist providers and departments with daily operations, maintaining an efficient schedule and communicating updates as needed.
- Perform core nursing functions as required, including administering medications and documenting patient data in our Electronic Health Record system.
- Provide excellent patient care, observing for reactions and charting accordingly.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Current LPN license or degree/diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to utilize computer for daily work.
- Patient-centered, accountability, teamwork, integrity, and excellence.
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA) or registration (RMA) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA).
