Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

At Ecumen Pathstone, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to residents, including medications and treatment administration, documentation, and other therapeutic interventions under the direction of the Director of Nursing/Clinical Director.
- Coordinate and direct resident care, working closely with other departments and providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Assist Registered Nurses with completion of assessments, documentation, and data collection, acting timely on findings.
- Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered, observing and monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes as appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and efficiently organized work area, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing for the Licensed Practical Nurse program.
- Current LPN licensure in the state in which you are working.
- Up to 2 years' experience as an LPN.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the facility.
