Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in the Dallas, TX area. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing all service work on our filtered water systems, including installations, maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance. You will also act as the face of Quench, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

* Troubleshoot and repair water systems to ensure optimal performance
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including filter changes, tank cleaning, and UV bulb replacement
* Inspect systems for leaks and malfunctions
* Conduct service agreement tasks and other job-related duties as assigned
* Maintain and comply with company vehicle maintenance policies and procedures
* Demonstrate strong technical and mechanical aptitude
* Possess familiarity with basic tools and ability to transport equipment and tools to customer sites
* Electronically transfer customer and company information
* Regular and reliable attendance

Requirements

* Experience in repair and maintenance
* Technical school degree preferred
* General computer skills required
* Microsoft Office experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to learn the internal workings and repair approaches to repairing water coolers
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where quantity and quality are equally important
* Clean work record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
* Physical requirements include ability to bend, squat, walk with heavy equipment, climb ladders, and lift 70+ pounds
* Valid driver's license
* Must be at least 21 years old
