Job Summary

The Product Operations Lead is a key member of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, including inventory management and back-of-house operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life by providing input on inventory levels, product mix, and visual merchandising.
  2. Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  3. Ensure execution of product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing to optimize product availability and sell-through.
  4. Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive atmosphere during shifts.
  5. Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability for guests.
  6. Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions and provide recommendations to store leadership regarding product focus or pricing.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  2. Must have the ability to travel to assigned stores with reliable transportation methods.
  3. 1 year of work experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations related field.
  4. Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
  5. Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or process implementation with others.
