Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000. Please note that salaries may vary based on factors such as education, work experience, and specific job duties.

Job Description

This position will lead the regulatory implementations for NY State-Sponsored Programs and CMS Medicare lines of business. The successful candidate will have experience in healthcare, medical coding, product, regulatory, or other relevant fields. They will manage the full project cycle of implementations from beginning to end, analyzing complex product benefit configuration and rate implementation projects and building recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regulatory implementations for NY State-Sponsored Programs and CMS Medicare lines of business
  • Manage the full project cycle of implementations from beginning to end
  • Analyze complex product benefit configuration and rate implementation projects
  • Build meaningful recommendations for project stakeholders
  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision making
  • Gather information to understand business owner needs
  • Communicate effectively with business partners including Core Systems, Medical Management, Business Operations, Regulatory and Compliance
  • Review and verify documentation for compliance and operational accuracy
  • Assist with CPT code verification for benefit implementations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, medical coding, product, regulatory, or other relevant field
  • Medical coding experience preferred
  • Project Management skills preferred
  • Working knowledge of healthcare, system transformation, and operational aspects of healthcare
