About the Role:

This position involves working as a lead clinical team member on shifts, guiding other team members in implementing medical processes and procedures. The successful candidate will have advanced patient assessment skills, airway management expertise, and experience with intravenous therapy and pharmacological interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Patient triage, including vital signs, medical history, and observational examination
  2. Assisting with patient exams, testing, and procedures under the direction of a healthcare provider
  3. Performing blood draws, phlebotomy, and administering immunizations and medications
  4. Providing cardiac management through ECG application, CPR, and defibrillation using an AED
  5. Communicating with patients, answering questions, and reporting test results
Requirements:
  • Licensed RN with current certification
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification or equivalent
  • Experience placing and monitoring IVs required
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
