The Front Desk Representative is the first point of contact for members and guests at UFC GYM. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with the club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming greetings to members and guests, answer phone calls in a professional manner, and respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient way.
  • Membership Management: Check in members, verify membership, and sign up members for group fitness classes. Register prospective members and direct them to the membership department.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, perform opening and closing procedures, and assist with inventory and product pricing as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification required.
  • Experience: 6 months of customer service experience in a health club, retail, hospitality, or food service industry.
