  • Prepare and submit detailed estimates for municipal construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure estimates are accurate and meet project requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, construction methods, and materials to ensure estimates are current and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating municipal construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documents.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be able to work in the United States.
