We are seeking a highly skilled Life Insurance Agent to fill a key role at Sagient - A Subsidiary Mass Mutual. As a vital member of our sales team, you will play a crucial part in helping our clients achieve their financial objectives.
As a Life Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate databases, records, and bookkeeping to ensure all paperwork is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Expanding our customer base through strategic networking, referrals, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Determining new customers' insurance needs, desires, and financial standing through thorough consultations.
- Aiding policyholders with the insurance claims process and overseeing the progress of current insurance claims.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly manner.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Active Life & Health insurance license (strongly preferred).
- Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries (preferred).
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree (a plus).
Compensation:
$80,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience).
