The Associate Director of Patient Services will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our patient service initiatives, collaborating closely with selected third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Free Goods programs, Case Management support, and other designated initiatives.
  • Enhance and implement the patient services strategy, focusing on reimbursement and financial support while managing program operations and budget.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, business rules, and process flows for effective management of patient service programs.
  • Understand the patient journey to optimize engagement and adherence to therapies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally to enhance the overall patient experience.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

  • Align corporate goals and objectives for patient services with the trade distribution network.
  • Promote awareness of patient services programs among key external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials to support patient services initiatives.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues through direct interaction with relevant teams.
  • Drive fiscal responsibility and monitor key business metrics.
  • Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure alignment with company values and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience in agency/vendor management, including operations and budget oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of the US access environment, including reimbursement support services and patient support programs.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a patient-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
