We are seeking a talented Internet Sales Department and Incoming Phone Sales Agent to join our award-winning team at Mercedes Benz of Hilton Head, a part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound leads, contacting present customers to maintain and improve customer loyalty, and developing a pipeline of sales and service business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads and direct to appropriate contact
  • Contact present customers to maintain and improve customer loyalty
  • Develop pipeline of sales and service business opportunities
  • Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
  • Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends
  • Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees

Qualifications:

  • Auto dealership retail experience a plus
  • Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience
  • Previous call center experience a plus
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet
  • Familiarity with automotive financing
