Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Cooper University Health Care. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our interventional radiology department.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our interventional radiology technologists, ensuring that they are performing tasks in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Operations Planning: Collaborate with the Director and IR Manager to develop and implement operational strategies, goals, and objectives for the interventional radiology department.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and safety programs for equipment, ensuring that all necessary repairs and replacements are completed in a timely manner.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our department is in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Joint Commission requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
