About the Role

Prestage is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance department and ensuring the smooth operation of our 290,000 sq. ft. facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals, including salaried and hourly employees, to ensure the effective maintenance of our facility and equipment.
  • Maintenance and Reliability: Develop and implement maintenance and reliability initiatives to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including purchasing and accounting, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent leadership experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance or engineering management, with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office suite and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
