Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the fluid connector business and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Hose and Fittings Specialist Trainee and Store Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in various aspects of store operations, including customer service, inventory management, sales, and product assembly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, identify proper product solutions, and address customer issues under the guidance of the Store Manager.
  • Hose Assembly and Facility Management: Assemble product and crimp hoses to manufacturer's recommendations, assist with waste and cost reduction, and maintain a safe, organized, and clean store.
  • Inventory and Product Management: Handle deliveries, unpack product, stock and clean shelves, track inventory, and order product.
  • Administration: Process sales transactions, assist with recording transactions, and consistently complete timecards.
Requirements
  • Education and Skills: Possess good customer service skills, proficient oral and written communication skills, mechanical aptitude, quality work ethic, and proficient organizational skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 150lbs, regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, and climb.
