Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Ammonia Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Cuisine Solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing ammonia refrigeration systems, as well as a strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate, test, troubleshoot, and repair ammonia refrigeration systems and its sub-systems
* Perform planned maintenance on all ammonia refrigeration and utility systems
* Maintain the material integrity of the Refrigeration and utility rooms
* Perform ammonia system pump downs for repairing/replacing ammonia refrigeration parts
* Complete all applicable documentation as required
* Automate and digitize all necessary maintenance, refrigeration, and ammonia records

Requirements:

* 2 years ammonia refrigeration experience in an industrial refrigeration environment and food manufacturing facility
* Must be able to pass respirator fit test and Pulmonary function test as well as 24-hour hazmat class
* Must have Ammonia Certification from GCAP or RETA
* Must have EPA Type II certification
