Your Role:

The Revenue Collection Operations Manager will oversee all facets of income management and contribute to our financial reporting processes. A comprehensive understanding of revenue collection functions is crucial. Conducting reconciliations to support financial statements is also a significant aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to enhance collection strategies and outcomes.
  • Establish, design, and execute optimal collection methodologies.
  • Ensure that all payments are processed accurately, completely, and punctually.
  • Monitor client credit risks and limits.
  • Implement customer collection management protocols.
  • Deliver regular and on-demand reports to senior leadership regarding collection performance and risk exposure.
  • Engage in customer outreach for collections and address inquiries.
  • Oversee customer collection activities.
  • Evaluate and analyze aged receivables across multiple divisions.
  • Process daily cash transactions.
  • Prepare and review accounting entries for the general ledger.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and stakeholders through various communication channels.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Experience in the beverage distribution sector is advantageous.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo a background check and drug screening upon hiring.
