Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and Greet Customers: Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Provide Superior Customer Service: Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers, including offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
  • Assist with Rental Process: Facilitate the rental process by verifying and documenting all necessary driver information, ensuring an efficient and timely rental and return experience.
  • Answer Incoming Calls: Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors.
  • Place Outgoing Calls: Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
  • Assess Rental Condition: Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
  • Notify Management: Notify management of any known customer problems, vehicle problems, or required vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer Service Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years and no drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
  • Authorized to Work in the US: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
