Job Title: Residential Assistant

Salary: $20-$21/hour (depending on certification)

Job Responsibilities:

As a Residential Assistant with The Arc of Opportunity, you will provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Your responsibilities will include providing light to medium maintenance and domestic functions, assisting with personal care needs, and advocating for the rights and dignity of our clients.

This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Frequent driving of facility motor vehicles and vans
  • Additional duties as assigned

Please note that a valid driver's license and acceptable CORI/Finger printing and driving record are required for this position.
