Youth Development Specialist

Job Summary:
Brightpoint is seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Development Specialist to join our team. As a Youth Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and supporting youth who are at risk of not achieving their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support and guidance to youth to help them achieve their academic and career goals.
- Develop and implement effective case management strategies to support youth in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with school personnel, employers, and community organizations to provide youth with opportunities for education and career advancement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of program services and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, education, or a related field.
- Experience working with youth and families in a school or community setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
