Key Responsibilities:The Production Technician - Assembler will be responsible for:
- Assembling electrical harnesses and various controller types.
- Reviewing and adhering to technical documents, procedures, and specifications.
- Conducting mechanical measurements with precision tools.
- Utilizing pneumatic and hand tools for assembly tasks.
- Executing soldering and brazing of components and assemblies.
- Applying coatings and performing cleaning procedures on all parts.
- Implementing basic mathematical calculations as required.
- Following all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with production methodologies.
- Manual dexterity for efficient assembly operations.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere with a strong attendance record.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical instructions and specifications.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in assembly, particularly in electronics.
- Background in manufacturing or mechanical roles.
- Competence in using measurement tools like calipers and gauges.
- Experience with soldering and brazing techniques.
- Familiarity with pneumatic and hand tools.
- Skills in light machining operations.
