Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a background in high-volume customer service leadership or call center operations, with a proven track record of identifying, coaching, and measuring core competencies and performance metrics. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing customer care team, fostering a productive and achievement-oriented environment. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing customer service protocols and drive individual growth and team success.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of proven customer service supervisor experience.
  • Background in high-volume customer service leadership or call center operations.
  • Proficiency in identifying, coaching, and measuring core competencies and performance metrics.
  • Genuine passion for supporting individuals facing mental health challenges.
