About the Role:

We're looking for an individual with exceptional front-end development skills to create engaging user experiences across our web applications. As a Web Development Specialist, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality UI components, ensuring seamless integration with our back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant libraries
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate design concepts into functional prototypes
  • Develop and maintain existing web applications, ensuring they meet accessibility standards and are compatible with various browsers and devices
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes
  • Work with stakeholders to define requirements for new features and functionality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience designing and developing front-end look and feel of websites and/or web-based applications
  • Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated libraries
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with popular content management systems and web platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
