Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage roofing crews to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Delegate and direct service tasks while monitoring project progress to meet team objectives.
- Handle administrative duties including billing management and material order processing.
- Maintain and assess the efficiency of the service job board.
- Address service-related issues and implement strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure exceptional customer service in alignment with the company's standards and goals.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Manage product ordering and schedule timely deliveries.
- Engage with customers regarding leaks and repair needs.
- Conduct inspections and document work before and after repairs, including photographic evidence.
- Enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Be available for weekend and on-call duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the construction sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
- OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
- Proficient in using Windows-based computer systems.
- A valid driver's license is required.
