Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's personal appearance standards.
  • Delegate tasks to front-end and service desk associates during slower periods as per the Service Leader Assignment Sheets.
  • Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Promote a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and reporting any maintenance needs.
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure security and report any suspicious behavior to management.
  • Safeguard cash drawers and company assets at all times.
  • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
  • Regularly perform cashier and bagging duties as needed.
  • Occasionally perform service desk functions and bookkeeping tasks if trained.
  • Carry out any other responsibilities as directed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to perform specific job functions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and technical requirements.
  • Proven ability to fulfill the technical aspects of cashier and service desk roles.
Training Requirements:
  • Completion of Cashier/Service Associate and Service Desk/Kiosk training for Kiosk Stores.
  • Completion of Cashier training for Non-Service Desk/Kiosk Stores.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions while standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift products weighing up to 15 pounds continuously, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to push or pull weights up to 75 pounds as needed.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
  • Capacity to gather and transport shopping carts as required.
  • Ability to handle various cleaning and packaging materials safely.
  • Adequate visual acuity to verify identification and other documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
  • Experience in managing effective work schedules for associates to optimize customer service.
  • Proficiency in handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate logs.
  • Knowledge of store policies regarding customer identification and product sales.
  • Ability to process refunds efficiently while adhering to company policies.
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring front-end and service desk associates.
  • Commitment to treating all associates with respect and fairness.
  • Must meet the physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodations.
