Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field/ Lead Carpenter to join our team at Outside In Construction. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a pivotal role in constructing and renovating structures to meet our clients' specifications and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carpentry Tasks: Perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and custom woodwork, to meet project requirements.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret construction blueprints and plans accurately.
  • Tool Proficiency: Operate a wide range of hand and power tools to execute carpentry tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Material Selection: Select and work with various building materials, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address issues and challenges that may arise during construction.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards in all carpentry work to meet client expectations.
  • Project Documentation: Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
