During the fellowship, the Facial Plastics/Rhinology/Neurotology Surgery fellow will be actively involved in pre-operative patient management under both supervised and independent conditions.
The training encompasses all aspects of surgical practice.The fellow is also anticipated to provide attending coverage to support emergency patient care as required.
Additionally, fellows are expected to contribute significantly to the education and training of residents, medical students, and allied health personnel.
The fellow will take on responsibilities for formal educational presentations, including core curriculum sessions, grand rounds, and teaching conferences.
All fellows must complete a research project suitable for publication as required, and fulfill any additional obligations as outlined.
