Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide high-quality therapeutic services to our diverse clientele. As a counselor with us, you will help individuals navigate their mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being. Your expertise in evidence-based practices will be crucial in delivering effective therapy sessions.

This role offers a hybrid work option where you can create your own schedule. In-person sessions are provided at our Ruscombe Holistic Community Health Center, which offers beautiful grounds to walk with clients. We believe that the best therapeutic outcomes come from healthy therapists, so we work together towards compassion fatigue prevention with regular meetings, wellness routines, and open communication about our needs as therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy to clients.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training.
  • Engage in community outreach and education efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing clinical counseling services.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
