We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Living Clean Cleaning Services LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
This is a part-time position, with varying hours ranging from 2-4 hours per day, depending on the number of scheduled jobs. We are looking for someone with a valid license and a reliable vehicle to take on some of these jobs independently.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a percentage of gas mileage reimbursement.
Responsibilities- Ensure buildings are kept in a clean and organized condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties, including floor cleaning and rug shampooing
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to maintain equipment and facilities
- Organize and maintain custodial closets and spaces
- Ensure the working condition of cleaning equipment
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or related fields
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work
- Pass a background check and initial drug screening, with random screenings throughout employment
