Job Summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventative and ongoing maintenance of our facility, grounds, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repair and preventive maintenance to facility and building systems on Center.
  • Inspect the work of other maintenance personnel.
  • Research and recommend purchase of replacement equipment as needed.
  • Oversee the training activities of students assigned to the maintenance area.
  • Coordinate activities with the Facilities Maintenance vocational training program, if applicable.
  • Complete work orders as assigned in a timely manner.
  • Provide student transport as necessary.
  • Maintain appropriate personal attendance, accountability, and work productivity standards.
  • Plan, prioritize, and organize assignments to meet established goals and deadlines.
  • Understand and apply job knowledge to effectively complete all required job responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year experience in building maintenance required.
  • Technical certificate preferred.
  • Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, boilers, and other building systems preferred.
  • Must possess a valid in-State Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements.
