Salary
The estimated total target cash pay range for this role is $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives. The base pay range is $43,080 - $77,640. This figure is based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience.

Job Description
This Sales Representative will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully supporting their team in acquiring accounts within multiple geographic territories. They will sell products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. The incumbent will analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring customer recommendations to present and close business.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Preferred)
• Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking (Required)
• Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail (Required)
• Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required)
• Effective presentation and closing skills (Required)
• Proposal Writing Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations (Preferred)
