Industrial Sales Specialist

As an Outside Sales Representative with CareerPaths NW, you will be the primary contact for established customers looking for new systems, expansions, or parts/services for their existing systems. This role is instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service by adhering to established procedures and accurately quoting prices, sales terms, and delivery dates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in field sales calls to industrial and municipal end-user plants, offices, and consulting firms within a designated territory.
- Utilize the CRM system to reference, plan, and document sales activities, contributing to sales growth and profit management.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to provide technical and sales support for parts, repair services, and new applications.
- Facilitate training sessions and implement strategies to expand business opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of products, technical solutions, and necessary remedies to clients.
- Contribute to the design and development of custom systems to meet client needs effectively.
Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Qualifications:
- Experience in outside industrial sales or relevant field.
- Engineering or technical degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in industrial and fluid handling equipment with the ability to discuss technical aspects confidently.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Capable of working independently to achieve targeted results, both individually and as part of a team.
- Self-directed, motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
- Residency within the designated territory is essential for this role.
