Job Summary

Duro-Last is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join their team in Anchorage, Alaska. This role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for sales growth, as well as a chance to work with a leading manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales growth: Drive sales growth within the assigned territory by developing relationships with independent roofing contractors, architects, and building owners.
  • Territory expansion: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand sales within the assigned territory.
  • Reporting and analysis: Provide regular sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Five years of outside sales experience required.
  • Background in construction and/or roofing systems is essential.
  • Duro-Last Roofing background is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Frequent travel within the assigned territory is required.
