Job Title: Master Technician

Job Summary:

The Master Technician is a key member of our team, responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair advanced automotive systems, including electrical, computer, and air conditioning systems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical individuals, including customers and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology through ongoing training and education.
  • Assist fellow technicians and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and diagnosis.
  • 8 or more ASE certifications preferred.
  • Section 609 Certification required.
  • State Inspection license if applicable.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.

Physical Demands:

  • Extensive standing, walking, pushing, and reaching.
  • Full range of motion for reaching, bending, and stooping.
  • Repetitive movement of hands, arms, and legs.
  • Lifting of heavy equipment over 50 pounds.
  • Exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust.
