As a Peer Support Specialist, you will be working closely with individuals who have experienced mental health challenges to provide emotional support, guidance, and access to resources. The position requires a strong understanding of mental health recovery principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities include providing one-on-one support, group facilitation, and connecting individuals with community resources. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, attending training sessions, and participating in team meetings.

This is a field-based position that requires walking, standing, and using public transportation. A valid driver's license may be required depending on the location.
